Pointours Ops is an internal operations application operated by Pointours Ltd ("we", "us"). It is intended solely for use by Pointours staff and authorized partners to manage tour bookings and customer check-ins.

Information we process

  • Staff account data — your work email address and name, used to sign you in and attribute operational actions (such as check-ins) to you.
  • Booking and customer data — tour bookings, participant names, and contact details that customers provided when booking a tour. This data is processed to deliver the booked services and is the same data managed in our internal reservation system.
  • Voucher photos — photos of tour vouchers taken during check-in are stored with the related booking for operational and accounting purposes. The camera is used only when you choose to take a photo.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
  • We do not use advertising, analytics trackers, or profiling.
  • We do not collect device location, contacts, or any data beyond what is described above.

Storage and security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Pointours Ltd's servers within our reservation system. Access requires an active staff account; deactivated accounts lose access immediately. Sign-in tokens are stored in the device's secure storage.

Data retention and your rights

Booking data is retained as required for business and legal record-keeping. Customers and staff may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at the address below, subject to applicable legal obligations.
